They are students from all fields of study in state-approved German universities and colleges of applied sciences.

Scholarship Duration and Reward
- Masters: The monthly value of the Study-In-Europe: 2024 Friedrich Naumann Foundation Scholarship for International Students is up to €861. Additionally, there is a payment for medical coverage. In addition to financial backing, the Foundation provides moral and logistical assistance to worthy causes.
- Two semesters is the bare minimum for receiving support. The scholarship money is not refundable. Initial funding is provided for 12 months.
- On request, deadlines may be extended till the conclusion of the semester. Internships and overseas study trips are not supported.

The application materials for the Study-In-Europe: 2024 Friedrich Naumann Foundation Scholarship for International Studentsmust be submitted in German, and the interview will also be conducted in German, even if you are applying for funding for an English-language course or a doctoral program in English. Therefore, knowledge of German is essential. Annual application deadlines are April 30 and October 31.
